Magento programmer to finish a site

Magento 1.9:
Finish the Magento site, it is almost finish now, but new and sale label dont work correct.
You also have to make the footer finish, and the site have to be build in 4 languages.
Its allready translated allmost 100% but there can be some places where its not yet is translated.
Each languages, need to be done on each multishop, so each language have its own domain, but same database and design, and can be set up for each country.

Job is done, when customer have accept the site, and it look nice in responsive also
