Kami dari perusahan Thriveni ingin mengundang anda untuk mengerjakan project HR system dengan detail sbb,
Program under PHP [ web base]
1. Software can
provide detail data base / detail information all employees.
2. Software must provide and develop link between Finger print / face reader
machine with HRIS software, so data from finger print machine can connected
at software and we can process data (attendance, overtime) through
software.
3. Employees can access to Finger print base on schedule prepared by HR (every
month HR will submit detail schedule for all employees in software), if any
employees come not as per schedule can not access to finger print (lock)
4. Software can provide bank account leave (eligible) / Leave register for each
employee as per our Leave policy formula (from workman until Expatriat).
5. Software can provide attendance system with Web system attendance, GPS
system and SMS gateway system (if particular employees duty in outside
area like Geologist, Survey and etc)
6. Software can provide leave approval through web access.
7. Software can calculate BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan, Kesehatan, Pensiun) & Tax
PPH 21 as per new regulation (can updated if change regulation)
8. Software can access and integrated for all site
9. Only particular user can access software to Salary data
10. Software can provide all form in system base on HR Policy company (Leave
form, Business travel form, local travel form, late attendance form, Warning
letter form, Termination letter form, Evaluation form, Salary advance, Loan,
etc)
11. Can Provide format Agreement employees base on format from company , HR
only submit detail name, salary, POH, duration agreement and address.
12. Can provide variety receipt letter related HR activity
13. Can provide record employees like : Warning letter, health record.
14. Can provide item for performance appraisal (Monthly, every 3 month or
yearly)
15. can record accumulate time early exit or late attendance for personal
purpose.
