From December 2018 to June 2019, I
was joining KLOOK internship program and hired as a full time marketing intern.
I was given the responsibilities including inputting data order to the system,
analyzing and submitting report on competitor’s products price and campaigns. I
was also given the responsibilities such as answering customers questions and
scheduling contents on social media, as well as doing translation for blogs. In
December 2017, I was entrusted to participate in Indonesia AirAsia Anniversary
Party as a liaison officer to specifically handle for the door prize session.
In 2014, I was working as an intern at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts Yogyakarta
and was positioned in the front office at the Regency VIP Club to assist hotel
guest during their stay at the hotel and throughout the evening cocktail hour.
It gave me the basic knowledge about hotel management, customer service, food
and beverage. After I finished the program in 2015, I worked as a barista at
Starbucks Coffee Indonesia in Jogja City Mall, Yogyakarta. I applied as a full
time barista, and was given the responsibility to work in a team on a shiftly
working hour. I was assigned to run store routines and ensure the quality of
service given to the customers and not only to serve coffee but also took the
position as cashier and responsible for daily marketing on the station
I have excellent strong interpersonal and
communication skills, and also organization ability. I am highly self – motivated person, independent, easy to
make friend, and keen to learn as I am a fast learner, I am able to adapt in a
fast paced environment and under pressure.
