Started side job in translation business as a freelancer. I have been running my freelance translation business since early 2000, and the vast majority of my local clients are undergraduate and postgraduate students majoring in various disciplines in North Sumatra. I always do my assignments with all my heart, my ability, and my experience. I have been involved in several major projects
in the field of Mechanical Engineering. More
than 10 years of experiences accumulated in the Field of Mechanical Engineering,
Supervision, Inspection, Fabrication, Construction, and Installation of
Mechanical Piping of Jack up Rig and Service Jack up Rig. My last position in
the field of Mechanical Engineering was a
site manager for PT. EIN to execute Dry Dock World Graha’s project of 12
different piping works on board of L-206 MV. NORA that was successfully
delivered based upon works completion within time schedule.
Familiar with code & standard such as:
ASME SecII/V /VIII/IX,, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.8 AWS D1.1 and
API 594/599/600/602/603/60/609/610/682.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to design and install piping and services that is required by owner . To review all necessary documents and studies the available at the Company related to development of Plant.
Coordinating the interfaces between subcontractor, vendor and others department. Monitor complete erection of all mechanical equipment as per vendor instruction/specifications approved construction drawing ensuring through stage by stage visual & dimensional inspection.
Coordinates and cooperates with other disciplines on new process requirements, design interference check and design changes.
Provides technical assistance to construction team.
Attends site check/verification.
Adheres to drawing checking procedure.
Detect in advance critical situation in equipment and material delivery, elaborate reports and propose solution to be decided with client.
