Freelencer Marketing

I need someone to help me Developing a marketing plan for our Application. I need you to introduce our brand to public and make sure that people gonna convince with your words that arrange on Web Page. You will make some Campaing Plan for its event.
Also you will need to arrange Content for Marketing. I need content that help me to communicate my brand to our market audience that will attract them and make them loyal to use our product.
 I will need to verbally describe our ideas to the the freelancer so you must have good communication skills in English and Indonesiand, be Okay with some ambiguity at the beginning of the project.
