Job description:
• Giving information and helping to solve customer problems
• Dealing with complaints
• Create an explanation or clarification about all of the complaint and suggestion thru Social Media, Chat Message, Call Centre, etc
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
• Collaborative Branding Activities: organize events and collaborate with distributors
• As Bridge between company and distributors/leaders to find information about market situation, problem-solving, etc
• Branding Merchandise: create the merchandise that related to the company
• Supervise the equipment service progress
• Communicating with headquarters to complete the project
• Collaborate with other departments (Education & Training, Marketing, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
• Preparing monthly reports on customer service progress
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in management, communications, marketing, or a related field
• 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Management
• Have good Mandarin (is a must) and English skills
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be polite, confident, and friendly
• Understand the needs of customers
• Be good at teamwork and able to work on their own initiative
• Be accurate and pay attention to detail, even when under pressure
• Have good computer skills
• Be smart and well-groomed if working face to face with customers
