Buat Toko Online dengan PHP, MYSQL, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, Jquery

saya mau buat toko online tanpa dengan template / cms engine maupun framework seperti magento, prestashop, woocommerce, yii, laravel, atau sejenisnya

Saya mau buat toko online dengan custom/native php 7 dengan Fitur Seperti dibawah ini:

1. Produk: Bisa input title, description, short description, meta (title, keyword and description), SKU, berat (kg), status (enable/disable), url key/slug yang bisa saya isi sendiri, stock status (tersedia, kosong, pre-order, by request), dimensi (panjang, lebar, tinggi), bisa buat dan attribut (seperti spesifikasi: ram, prosessor, ukuran layar, dsbnya), bisa tambah option (seperti warna, model, dsbnya dan bisa di set harganya per option dan isi stok qty), price (harga normal, harga diskon, harga grosir (misalnya mulai dari 1-5, 5-dstnya), image (bisa juga ditulis captionnya supaya bisa dibaca google), related product, upsell dan crosssell product (bisa random otomatis dan bisa dipilih) 
   
2. categories: title, image, bisa disisipkan banner diatas category product, meta (title, keyword and description), status (enable/disable) 
   
3. dashboard: quick menu, last 5 order, last 5 search terms, best seller, most views, total order, 
   
4. customer: manage customer (seperti general, vip, dealer, dsbnya) dan bisa apply coupun code buat tipe customer 
   
5. Promotion: coupon code, flash deal (count down timer untuk product2 tertentu) 
   
6. Newsletter: bisa manage subscribe dan bisa create template newsletter 
   
7. Page: bisa buat halaman/page sebanyak mungkin, bisa atur / isi slug/url key sendiri, page title, meta (title, keyword dan description), bisa disisipin image 
   
8. Testimonial: manage testimonial, customer bisa isi dan admin bisa edit. customer mesti isi: nama， email, pesan/testimoni, rating (1-5 dalam bentuk bintang), admin bisa edit dan approve atau dissaprove atau delete testimonial customer 
   
9. shipping: integrasi dengan rajaongkir.com API pro, create custom shipping seperti COD, Transfer before delivery, dan table rate yang kita create sendiri
   
10. Payment method: integrasi dengan midtrans API 
    
11. Checkout: one page checkout, guest checkout atau register checkout 
    
12. Order: bisa approve, selesai, pending, edit, masukin resi dan tracking resi 
    
13. report: order, shipping, refund, coupon dan lain2 dan bisa diedit 
    
14. Product maupun category bisa dicopy atau di clone 
    
15. Product maupun category bisa di import / export untuk memudahkan pengeditan produk 
    
16. Product harus ada product label seperti: sale, new, limited, pre-order, coming soon, gratis ongkir 
    
17. SEO friendly: bisa create SEO template, sehingga jika product atau category yang lupa diisi, akan terisi secara otomatis lewat SEO template
