VPN Windows Server 2012 (Cloud VULTR).

Saya butuh Tutorial Konfigurasi VPN Windows Server 2012 di cloud, yang bisa dipraktekkan dan berjalan dengan baik saat dicoba, terdokumentasi dengan baik (Microsoft Word atau bahkan Notepad juga boleh, tidak ada gambar tidak masalah, asalkan Step by Stepnya Jelas).

Server :
Berikut Kondisi Windows Server 2012 berada di cloud VPS (Vultr) :
1 Ethernet IP Publik = Yes (ada).
1 Ethernet Lokal = IP Address = 192.168.10.254
Tidak disetting Active Directory, karena hanya perlu konektitas VPN saja.


Client Windows 7 :

PC No-1  (tempat Dial VPN ke Windows Cloud) :
Ethernet Lokal : 
IP Address = 192.168.30.100
Subnet mask : 255.255.255.0
IP Gateway : 192.168.30.1

PC No.2 :
Ethernet Lokal :
IP Address = 192.168.30.200
Subnet mask : 255.255.255.0
IP Gateway : 192.168.30.1

Printer Laserjet :
IP Printer : 192.168.30.20

Requirement  Goal Tutorial :

1. Server Windows (VPS di Cloud), harus bisa ping ke PC-2, PC-3 dan seterusnya dan bisa ping ke IP Printer.
   
2. Server Windows (VPS di Cloud), harus bisa add-printer by IP Address (IP Addressnya Printer di Jaringan).
   
3. Dialup VPN setting otomatis (auto reconnect di sisi PC klien).
   
4. Server Windows (VPS di Cloud), bisa discover semua PC yang ada Client VPN remote (192.168.30.x dstnya...)
   
5. Begitu juga sebaliknya Client VPN bisa ping Server di Cloud, bisa tetap Remote Desktop Server, dan Client bisa tetap Internetan walau dengan kondisi terhubung VPN (sisi PC yang sedang Dialup).
   
6. Authentifikasi berdasarkan user account windows yang dicreate (non active directory).
