URGENTLY needed. English Customer support to work on site

 

Social Hosting is a hosting provider located in Bekasi, Indonesia. Our servers are spread across several countries and continents that are operated online. We serve both local and foreign customers. We are seeking applications for customer services to work on site.

Position Objective:
To support the aims and objectives of Social Hosting by delivering high quality customer service and support to clients’ customers via the appropriate medium, e.g. telephone service, emails, live chat, at all times in line with agreed business procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. To identify and respond to the needs of customers by resolving queries at the first point of contact via appropriate medium and in line with agreed service levels.
  2. To respond to and take action regarding customer complaints balancing the needs of the customer against the needs of the account whilst recognising the need to escalate when immediate query resolution is not possible.
  3. To demonstrate an effective knowledge of products and services offered by the account.
  4. To ensure that the Team Leader is kept informed of all relevant customer service, quality or system issues.
  5. To undertake additional tasks as delegated by the Team Leader
  6. To promote a positive and professional image of Social Hosting to clients and others at all times by adhering to Company policy and procedures


Skills and Experience:

  1. Strong Problem Solving Skills
  2. Experience of objection handling and demonstration empathy
  3. Excellent communication manner, with the ability to build a rapport effectively
  4. Proven experience within an order processing and customer focused role
  5. Confident in dealing with customers, with good interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
  7. Good Time Management & Organizational Skills
  8. Basic IT skills (Typing, browsing, simple troubleshooting)
  9. Good attention to detail and to be accurate in detailed tasks

Must be ready to work with shift.
