2025: Warehouse Management System for BNPB (Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana)

- Led end-to-end requirement gathering and collaborated closely with stakeholders to translate complex warehouse operational flows into a fully customized warehouse management system.
- Designed and implemented core warehouse management features including internal memo/request submission (Nodin), goods receiving, goods issuance, stock opname, and asset maintenance workflows.
- Developed a real-time inventory monitoring system to improve stock visibility, tracking accuracy, and operational efficiency across warehouse activities.
- Successfully transformed manual warehouse processes into a fully digital workflow, reducing operational dependency on paper-based documentation.
