No more hard work and wasting time, as I'm here to help your problems. I have been working since 2003 mainly as Secretary, Personal Assistant and Admin Manager. I used to live in Australia for more than 5 years and you can say I'm fluent in English. In January 2020 I have lost 3 members of my family, My lovely Mother-in-Law in December 2019, My lovely Father-in-Law in March 2020 and My beloved Husband in June 2020. It was a very heart-breaking incident that affected my life so much. I could not bring myself up and I was so depressed for quite a while. But looking at my 3 children I told myself I could never be like that for so long and let my children see me so miserable. Focusing on myself and my children in August 2022 I manage to get a new job as Admin Manager and decided to start my own business in December 2022. Most of my responsibilities during my years of works were: * Managing Emails * Coordinating Meetings * Translating Documents (Legal and Non-Legal) from Indonesian to English and vice versa * Minutes Meeting and follow ups * Calendar and Travel Management * Managing Managers Expenses Report * Managing and updating the Visas and Legal Documents for the Expatriate, making sure their work permits have been updated and taken care of * Power Point Presentation Preparation * Managing and acquiring the Companies needed Legal Documents * Event Coordinator At the moment I have my own Chinese Food Cafe working together with a friend of mine, at the same time I'm a Freelancer in helping Expats with their Legal Document process, such as their Visa extension, Work permit, etc. at the Immigration Office and other Government related Offices.
