� Get hand over from Cs Export for final Shipping Instruction from Customer
� Submit final SI to Shipping lines / co-loader / airlines ( IATA Agent airlines )
� Prepare draft HBL /Hawb to Customer, check draft MBL
� Prepare draft PEB ( if any )
� Control trucking to get in CY ( if any )
� Send draft both BL to agent overseas
� Submit manifest outbond online
� Issue HBL after get confirm from Customer
� Send pre alert to agent overseas both BL and C.invoice + Packing List
� Prepare advance request payment to Finance
� Issue Invoice to customer and copy to Finance
� Closing job in systems.
