I am a graduate of business administration from Semarang State Polytechnic. Having 3 years of experience in administration and customer service with a Bachelor of Business Administration background at Politeknik Negeri Semarang. Skilled in customer-oriented communication and problem solving. Adept in handling customers through phone calls and messages on apps, email, and Twitter with satisfactory feedback from customers.

I have some organizational experience such as the Student Association majoring in Business Administration as a Spiritual Staff. The scope of my work is running charity Friday activities and running events that have been planned together. I also have experience as a secretary in the social organization "Kemala" with a secretarial scope.

Apart from that, I also have work experience and internship among them as FIF call center agents, ownership in BPR as Marketing, Intership at PT Wahana Sun Motors as admin staff and Intership at Bank BTN as customer service.
