I am a fresh graduate from Bachelor Degree School of Business Management, Bina Nusantara University.I had some experiences in Shop Coupon Malaysia as a Copy Writer and Starbucks as a barista.
During my college. I have done my internship as a content writer , that provides my skills in conveying an information and message in both oral and written form. I assisted the company to translate data from English to Bahasa, and posted the data in a correct, decent Bahasa. During my college, I also worked as a barista at one of the biggest coffee shop around the world. I got a lot of knowledge from this job. It was not only provide me a whole coffee experience, but also built my communication skills, teamwork, time management, interpersonal skills, and service experience. I met a lot of new people with various types of personality to engaged, and learnt to meet their needs and expectation with what my company offered. I am also a good communicative person and sociable. I have analytical skill to analyzing problems as well.
