I have 19 years of experiences in hospitality industry and English language education operational and managerial areas. These includes translated many office documents and letters. In 2016,  I started to work as a freelance translator and Interpreter. Since then, I have worked on a variety of translation and interpretation projects, including transcribing and note-taking. I am also one of the external assessor for vocational high school in West Java, under Indonesian association of Secretary and Administrative Professional (ISI) Bandung-West Java branch since 2018.
In doing my job, I work diligently and always communicate with clients to make sure their expectations are met, while also conducting thorough research for the subject.
My specialization subjects in translation and interpretation are; general correspondence, hospitality, tourism, education, children books, cosmetics, and environment. I am also experience in doing note-taking and transcribing/transcription. Furthermore, as a certified administrative professional, I could also assist you in email handling, data entry, making formal letters/memo, scheduling and/or other secretarial to managerial tasks.
