2017: Automation System Development for Palm Oil Production Project (PT Ekadura Indonesia)
Designed an automation system which consist of SCADA (PC and Database) and Field (PLC, Microcontroller, HMI) system. PLC was used for plant control while microcontroller for current sensing which then stored the data into PLC register via RS485 using MODBUS protocol. The SCADA system requested the data from PLC, stored it to database and displayed it on screen as a graph. SCADA also has privilege to bypassed any PLC logic
