I'm starting work since 2009 until now, my first job is Sales Promotion in one of Biggest Department Store in Indonesia during 4 years. After that i moved & worked as Customer Service Assistant during 1 years in Department Store from Malaysia, and then moved to another retail store as Visual Merchandising Store Staff. 
Start in 2015 move to another Brand is specially Footwear & Accessories Product as Assistant Store Manager with handle 1 store which is a job Responsible of Sales Doing Check Inventory, Share of Target to Team member, Make Sure all Operation Store doing Well, Communication with other Department in Head Office during 2 years & 6 months after that i got a Promotion Next Level as Store Manager which is a job Handling 1 Store Maintenance Staff with Produk Knowledge. Doing Our Strategy is Big 4, Drive KPI during 1 years & 5 months, and then got a Promotion Next Level which is handling Area in Indonesia as Senior Store Manager in Bali Region (1st Store in Indonesia) during 1 years, after that handling Sumatera Region during 1 years. As Senior Store Manager have a requirement is can be handle multiple store and can work many people, the main job is Profit & Business Analyst, Trainning & Development Staff, Manpower Planning.
