I have conducted a department-wide sales and profit analysis using the Sample Superstore Training data set. This analysis is useful for identifying which departments dominate in sales and which generate the highest profits in a given period of time. Additionally, this analysis can be used to predict profits in the following year and determine the most appropriate strategies to improve business performance. By leveraging data-driven insights, businesses can optimize decision-making, improve resource allocation, and develop more effective marketing strategies to maximize growth.

Business Objective: Improving Customer Loyalty with Data Analytics in E-commerce (Team Leader)
As the team leader, I led a project aimed at addressing the issue of low customer loyalty in an e-commerce company. Our team applied machine learning techniques to analyze customer data, predict churn, and identify key factors influencing loyalty. The XGB Classifier model was selected as the most effective, with the number of transactions and total customer spend identified as the most significant factors. This analysis provided valuable insights for the company to better understand customers at risk of churn. We also recommended ongoing promotions, discount programs, and free shipping to help improve customer loyalty. Our group was recognized as one of the top three teams with the best projects, highlighting the impact and quality of our analysis.
