2016: Taxation Analysis on Expatriate who want to build a renting property in Indonesia. The analysis including impact of which form the business will be, the compliance of the business, and the suggestion of which strategy should be implied.

2016: I provide linguistic services such as transcription, voice data collection, rating, and also Translation. In this work of mine I provide casual translation for a application command.

2017: DCF Model is a relevant one commonly used tool to asses a project as an input to be consider to undergo a project in terms. I made an example of an excel template to do this particular task without risking any calculation error.
