Lukman is passionate in empowering others especially in
community development and family empowerment. As a social worker and social
movement enthusiast, he commits to work with everyone who focuses on how to
bring out disadvantage people from their poverty and to live their full
potentials.
Lukman got S.Sos in social welfare science from
Universitas Pasundan in Bandung, Indonesia. He is highly developed knowledge and skills in
community development, program evaluation, and program management. Profound
knowledge and skills in quantitative (using SPSS) and qualitative research
methods. Organizational skills in program coordination, diversity programs,
time management, leadership, teamwork and accountability, and social media.
His professional experience extends non-profit organizations, social enterprise, and volunteer activities mainly in management, social work, community development, recruiting, and social media field. He is able to bring multiple perspectives to collaborate and create a greater impact in society.
