2022: The name itself came from two words persistence and sea, persistence itself have the meaning of the quality that allows someone to continue doing something or trying to do something even though it is difficult and sea because this house located in the sea at the port of belawan, Indonesia.
This specific area know for its maritime capability, such as being one of Indonesian busiest harbour that covers the Indonesian economics, the people that lived in belawan itself mostly work as a small fisherman and doesn't earn a stable income.
So based on this problem we want to give a solution, building a tiny house that float in the sea, that easy to assembly and have an independent resources to support the daily life of fisherman family, for example the wall module itself came from recycled plastic, the electricity came from the solar panel and the roof have the capability to collect the rainwater that later going to be useful.

2022: Student apartment design

The design approach taken is using an industrial style. The use of iron material and the selection of ceramic material with a wood pattern gives a comfortable visual impression.

2024: Perancangan ini mengimplementasikan konsep budaya Bali, “Tri Hita Karana.”Desain ini didominasi oleh elemen lingkaran, dengan lingkaran terbesar yang terletak di tengah,melambangkan pusat alam semesta seperti Mandala,yang merepresentasikan kekuatan, keseimbangan,dan harmoni.Lingkaran-lingkaran yang lebih kecil di sekitarnya menggambarkan harmoni yang tersebar dari pusat tersebut,mirip dengan pola Mandala,di mana elemen-elemen di sekitarnya tetap terhubung dengan pusat spiritual.Desain ini juga menyediakan ruang kosong di tengah yang dirancang sebagai area serbaguna untuk kegiatan seperti konser,bazaar,olahraga, atau acara lainnya.Kamar mandi didesain menggunakan material bambu,menciptakan nuansa yang alami dan ramah lingkungan. Di sepanjang pinggiran taman dan sudut-sudutnya,tanaman lavender dan daisy ditanam sebagai solusi alami untuk mengatasi bau menyengat yang berasal dari TPA di sekitarnya.Selain itu,area drop-off dan tempat parkir dirancang untuk mengurangi potensi kemacetan, terutama ketika ada event besar.Pada bagian bawah desain,terdapat area parkir untuk menampung pengunjung.

The wooden panel wall adds warmth and texture, balancing the sleek, urban vibe with a natural touch. Meanwhile, decorative elements are kept minimal, with open shelving displaying books and curated pieces, enhancing the visual flow without cluttering the space. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light, making the space feel open and airy, perfectly reflecting the harmony between comfort and modern aesthetics.

2024: The bathroom in the image reflects a modern luxury design concept with a strong emphasis on texture, contrast, and elegance. The combination of black marble walls and light stone tiles creates a striking contrast that adds depth and sophistication to the space. The geometric floor pattern, with black, white, and gold accents, introduces an element of boldness while maintaining the overall refined aesthetic.

The use of wooden cabinetry under the vanity softens the space, providing warmth and balancing the colder tones of stone and marble.
