Melvin Iga Maulidia (melvinigamaulidia)

Melvin got her bachelor from Industrial Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Vocational, ITS and graduated. During her studies, Melvin was active in organizations such as staff and core staff of the Communication and Information Media department in the Student Organization, as well as being part of the Research and Technology staff at the Indonesian Chemical Engineering Activities Coordinating Board. She has also participated in the Thematic Community Service Program "National Covid-19 Volunteers 2020".

Melvin also has an internship experience at PT Garam (Persero). Melvin served as quality control. Se is responsible for the quality of salt from raw materials to salt that is ready to be marketed. Apart from being a quality control, during her internship she also helped test the salt content and standards according to SNI so that the highest quality salt was obtained. If in the manufacturing process, an inappropriate standard is obtained, she is in charge of finding a solution so that salt is always obtained according to the standard.


Some of Melvin's experiences in scientific writing are publishing paper "Computational Study of The Acetic Acid Extraction Process From An Aqueous Solution With The Aid of Biological Buffer" at 2022, IOP Science. She also been a precenter in "The International Bioprocessing Association Subject Conferences 2021". Often she also participates in Student Creativity Programs and some of them officially funded, at PKM-PE 2020 with her research "Peningkatan Yield Ekstraksi Bunga Cengkeh (Syzygium Aroomaticum) Melalui Treatment Pra-Ekstraksi Sebagai Komoditi Ekspor Berkualitas Serta Bermanfaat Untuk Antioksidan" and also at PKM-RE 2021 with her research "Pengaruh Green Auxiliary Agent pada Kinerja Ekstraksi Asam Asetat"
