Ari Wijanarko Adipratomo, Indonesian National, has a wide range of experience and several different qualifications under his belt. He is currently a Recruitment and Employment Specialist at WWF Indonesia. Prior to WWF Ari was a Staff at the Indonesian National Council on Climate Change, in charge of International Treaties Negotiation. Ari Adipratomo was also entrusted by PT Strategic Asia Indonesia to handle operations and Business Development Activities where he masters The Event Management skill, the construction of Business Proposal and the daily operational of the office.
He has built his career in a variety of roles and organizations, mostly in international level where he was not just the administrative person whose handle meeting, travels and liaise with stakeholders but also take active part as an analyzer, organizer, communicator, negotiator and leader.
In addition to being flexible and responsive, Ari is also proficient in social engagement – particularly when it comes to youth and general public. Many times he has been asked to be keynote speaker for many personal development seminars both in scouting community and also youth organizations. he was also actively involved in preparing the Indonesian position paper to be negotiated at the high level of diplomacy session in the UNFCCC’s Climate Change Conference.
Through his experience, Ari has learned that he is especially skilled at embracing people to come together to achieve one target, exceptionally clever in delivering ideas and communicate with others, creating a winning strategy that set forth goals, objectives, strategies, tactics and the proper measurement tools.
