Indi WM (Mutidianti)

A psychology graduate from Universitas Indonesia who is eager to learn new things. Currently working as a freelance psychological assessor since 2016; mostly handling psychological assesments for students, employee recruitments, talent pipelines, as well as observation interview in Focus Group Discussions and other human resources activities.    
Actively contributed in international organizations such as AIESEC, lastly being selected to be VP of Talent Management in 2013 and was nominated as one of 20 Top Performing Members, had shaped me to be familiar with diverse and multicultural environment.        
Along with that, I also find myself interested in arts & cultural issue. Therefore, I had learned and performed numerous Indonesian traditional dances to accommodate my passion in preserving the nation's heritage. This hobby has given me chances to go places to represent Indonesia internationally; as a volunteer in Jambore Sahabat Anak in Jakarta (2014), a dancer in Simposium Warisan Budaya in Penang, Malaysia (2014), and a delegate in Indonesia Global Network Youth Excursion in Tokyo, Japan (2016).
