I am a passionate and driven professional with a strong interest in human resources, remote work, and database compliance. Currently, now I am working as a HR officer prior to my previous position as a Database Compliance Officer at PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park. In this role, I am responsible for accommodating employees that have questions, complains and needs towards the company, my job is to help the employees fill save and happy to be working for the company..

Prior to my current role, I worked as a Staff member at Brainly Indonesia. Here, I was a part of the Question and Answering team for the website's Q&A section. Additionally, I served as a Content Creator for Brainly's e-digital books and conducted research for the team. This experience allowed me to develop my skills in data analysis, competitor research, and content creation.

During my time as an intern at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Region IV Kalimantan, Balikpapan, I had the opportunity to work in the Human Resource Department. This internship provided me with valuable insights into HR processes and practices.

In my University experience I was the Head of Programme for management student business Awards in 2016,
In 2017 I joined the student Executive board of management and business faculty and I was given the responsibility in becoming the Head of Programme for management and Business Student Executive board awards.
I also co owned a food and beverage business called Rice bowl Jaman Now 2017-2019

I am always intrested working in the world of management and human resource, my basic skill are from human captial and development, but iam always open to try new things in all the areas of works and dedicated to continuous learning and thrive in fast-paced environments. With my background in human resources, remote work, and database compliance, I am confident in my ability to contribute to the success of any company.
