Mathias Kevin (mathiashatake)

As an IT Solution Analyst at KOMPAS GRAMEDIA, I analyze, design, and implement IT solutions for various business processes and projects within the corporate IT and IS department. I work with stakeholders, developers, and users to ensure the quality and usability of the systems and applications.

Some of the projects that I have contributed to include the Save & Loan Gemah Ripah, a human resource information system module that handles travel and medical reimbursements and geo location absence; the Dana Pensiun Kompas Gramedia System, a pension fund system that replaced the old one using Odoo; and the E-Learning Kompas Gramedia System, a learning management system that supports the corporate learning process. For these projects, I created web-design mockups, project timelines, requirement details, and business process configurations.

I have a bachelor's degree in information technology from the University of Indonesia, where I also gained experience as a teaching assistant, an ABAP programmer, and a business administration assistant. I developed my skills in databases, customer relationship management (CRM), web development, quality assurance, quality control, and project management. I am passionate about solving problems, optimizing workflows, and delivering value to the customers and the organization.
