As the business grows, Altana Kencana needs a reservation system to improve its customer experience when ordering tickets for their trip and to simplify the ticket purchasing process, so the customer does not need to go to Altana’s branch office to purchase the ticket.

2021: Bebeclub is a member loyalty system that was created to engage the consumers of Bebelac milk formula with interesting campaigns, programs, gamification and point systems with seasonal rewards. The loyalty system itself not only attracts the consumer, but it’s a tool for the brand to analyze data from the loyalty into specific report.

2021: PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa decided to revamp its corporate website to refresh the website looks and add new features to the website. The revamp itself is not only for the front end, but the backend needs to be rebuilt too.

2022: PT Cipta Krida Bahari’s main business is cargo mover, and it needs proper document handling to support the business. The document itself is already handled by their main system, but they still lack document performance monitoring, the current process of document performance monitoring is manually using excel. CKB decided to create a small system that can be accessed in real-time so the performance can be monitored by all the stakeholders.
