I Just Graduates in Business Administration and Management at Institut Teknologi Bandung, and a former Progress Advisor at EF English First, a leading online English language learning platform. I have a bachelor's degree in Informatics from Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani. My core competencies include analysis, communication, and customer service.

As a Progress Advisor, I communicated with parents of learners, handled complaints, and retained sales. I used my analysis skill to monitor and report the progress and feedback of the learners, and my English as a Second Language (ESL) skill to interact with them effectively. I was part of a team that supported and empowered the learners to achieve their language goals. As an Administrative Assistant at Dhayouru Fashion, I managed the inventory, travel documents, and payroll of the company. I also leveraged my communication skill to do live streaming on Tiktok, selling women's Muslim wear. I am motivated by learning new things, solving problems, and helping others. I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different industries and cultures.
