2026: Reviewed DNS probe configuration on Ruijie Cloud (Reyee) platform and identified false negative risk caused by suboptimal probe domains. Analyzed ISP link probe trend data showing 3ms baseline latency and 0% packet loss over 34 hours. Recommended replacing default probe targets with highly-available neutral domains and tuned failure threshold settings to prevent false positives.

2026: Designed dual-ISP failover solution for ShopBack using MikroTik Netwatch with automated route switching via Mangle Rules and Routing Tables. Configured on-up/on-down scripts for seamless ISP switchover without manual intervention. Prepared technical documentation and drafted formal stakeholder communications in Indonesian and English to coordinate the scheduled maintenance window.

2026: Configured L2TP/IPSec VPN on MikroTik router for secure remote access and hub-and-spoke topology with 3 routers. Diagnosed and resolved IP pool conflict where client router received wrong IP causing tunnel failure. Fixed by correcting pool range, pinning static addresses per user, and configuring firewall forward rules to allow inter-client routing through the hub. All tunnels successfully established and verified.
