As Material Planning Analyst
Responsibility Ensuring the steady flow of materials necessary for operating a manufacturing line.

Job Description 

1. Manage Material CTB to mitigate assurance of supply risk. 

2. Ensure excess and obsolescence is minimized or claimed from customer liability on time. 

3. Work collaboratively with external and internal parties on supply chain review. 

4. Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels. 

5. Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit. 

6. Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions. 

7. Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries. 

8. Understand and manage risk to minimize the impact on the production schedule. 

9. Take follow up action in relation to materials shortages that affect production. 

10. Monitor the integrity of the bill of materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy. 

11. Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels
