I am Hesti Agustin, 24 years old who studied business management at SMK Negeri 1 Sanggau Ledo and graduated in 2017. During that school period I have studied various business management sciences or more closely related to commerce such as online marketing, business economics, multi-level marketing, digital simulation. and an introduction to office administration.
In terms of competency, I believe that I have sufficient abilities to work in the company. The reason is because of my experience working in the fields of finance, service and marketing. More or less within the scope of work, I have succeeded in recruiting 20 customers in a period of 1 month when I just joined the financial sector company PT Permodalan Nasional Madani BUMN, while the target given to me was actually only 10 customers. Meanwhile, in the company in the service and sales sector, PT Trivastore, I was in the Top 2 best of customer service out of 60 other customer services.
