Hallo. I'm Rara. I am a 2023 graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Economics. In the same year after graduating, I continued my education in the Teacher Professional Education program to produce integrated and professional teachers. As a graduate of Economics and Teacher Professional Education, I see myself as an individual who has the ability to adapt in various fields, both in the workplace and in community life. The combination of these two disciplines not only enriches my technical competencies but also shapes a caring, innovative, and responsible personality.
In the workplace, my economics background provides a deep understanding of financial analysis, resource management, and business strategy. I am able to analyze data, design effective solutions, and make fact-based decisions. On the other hand, teacher professional education equips me with communication skills, group management, and relevant pedagogical approaches. This allows me to convey ideas clearly, build good relationships with the work team, and motivate people.
