Greetings!

I am a Public Health professional with a bachelor's degree from Andalas University, graduating in 2018. I served as an experienced Production Operation professional at Halodoc.

Known for my disciplined and highly initiative approach, I successfully transitioned from the Medical Shift in Charge position to Product Operation at Halodoc within just 8 months. Additionally, I was selected as the Service Excellence Person in Charge at Metro Hospital Cikupa.

During my tenure at Halodoc, I honed my skills in dealing with doctors of diverse backgrounds and specialties. Successfully managing doctor complaints, providing constructive feedback, and achieving a 90% satisfaction rate among doctors after feedback are some of my accomplishments.

In addition to my professional achievements, I have a rich background in organizations, academics, and training. I participated in Global Health True Leaders 2.0 in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, where I learned effective community engagement strategies and gained insights from peers across Indonesia. Volunteering with Forum Indonesia Muda, an independent youth forum, I contributed to a child training program, enhancing my ability to train underprivileged children's talents. In academic roles, I contributed to an insurance company, focusing on tasks such as registering individuals with BPJS Kesehatan, analyzing community health situations, and collecting dues from participants.

Beyond work, my interests include reading books, traveling, and spending quality time with my family and friends. These activities not only recharge my energy after a hectic workday but also deepen my understanding of global health issues.

I am particularly passionate about topics related to health, including insurance, health promotion, healthcare, and hospitals. My skills include the ability to promote health effectively, drawing from my experience in providing counseling and consulting to communities.
