Hi! I'm Nursiam.

I’ve been working in customer service for about 6 years at companies like Grab, Kredivo, and Mathpresso Indonesia (QANDA). I also have experience in insurance telemarketing, as well as part-time work as a receptionist and cashier at Gramedia Mall Taman Anggrek for 2 years.

Currently, I'm working as a Lead Generation Specialist at HRnet Rimbun, where I conduct cold calls, schedule meetings, do lead sourcing and qualification, and manage CRM and reports.

In my spare time, I enjoy helping at events for the deaf-blind community as a volunteer. I’m passionate about detail-oriented work and always ready to learn new things.
