2022: Niagahoster.co.id: Top 3 Ranking on 800+ Money Keywords!

I am in this project as a Senior SEO Specialist.

I am responsible for the overall SEO performance of the Niagahoster website, including its organic revenue.

I perform on-page optimization, off-page optimization, keyword research, create content briefs for writers, and produce weekly and quarterly SEO reports. As one of our best achievements, we managed to rank in the top 3 for more than 30 high-volume search money keywords related to Niagahoster services around November 2022.

2022: Ukulele.co.nz: 350.000+ Visitors a month Indonesian Blog

General education Indonesian blog that achieve 350.000+ visitors a month.
Do all SEO-related optimization, from keyword research, onpage & offpage optimization, technical SEO fixing, content brief making, and all every SEO things.

2023: UAExpat.com: Organic Traffic Increase of Over 8000% in 3 Months!

UAExpat.com is a new blog project that provides article related to information needed by expatriates in the UAE.

I optimized it from the beginning until it gained over 800 organic traffic per day, with AdSense revenue exceeding $400 per month.

What did I do?

1. Implemented topic clustering
2. Conducted keyword research based on cluster topics
3. Created content briefs for each keyword for content writers
4. Conducted measured internal link optimization
5. Do onpage & offpage optimization
6. Optimized the blog template for faster access
7. Image optimization (alt text, size, format, and resolution)
8. Fixed technical issues detected by Google Search Console

Note: I didn't do off-page optimization!

2023: Ganknow.com: Keyword Research, Topic Mapping, & Strategy

The client (Ganknow.com) is planning to expand their target audience to Indonesia.

What I Did:
1. Conducted topic mapping for article categories relevant to the client's business.
2. Performed keyword research for the client's business niche with high potential search volume. I also focused on finding keywords that are relevant to Ganknow.com's target audience.
3. Created an internal linking strategy for the new keywords.

Results:
Without any off-page or on-page optimization, Gank's blog organic traffic has consistently increased over time!

Conclusion:
By conducting thorough keyword research and topic mapping, we were able to identify and target relevant keywords that resonated with Ganknow.com's target audience. This resulted in a consistent increase in organic traffic without any additional off-page or on-page optimization efforts.

2023: Otomotif.media: Indonesian Automotive News Web Project with AI Content

A project of an Indonesian-language automotive news website that employs AI to create articles. This has led to a significant increase in organic traffic on Otomotif.media. In this project, I've also proven that when used correctly, AI tools can still produce high-quality articles. AI is merely a tool, and it's up to humans to determine its effective utilization.

2023: Dyp.im: SEO Re-optimization for Declining Visitors Website

This SEO reoptimization project focused on a 3-year-old website that had been experiencing stagnant traffic and a declining trend in organic visitors.

What I Did:

- Analyzed top declining articles and performed reoptimization.
- Identified and fixed all technical SEO issues.
- Optimized website template for speed and SEO friendliness.
- Created supporting articles for main articles.
- Performed off-page optimization with guest posts on relevant websites.
- Conducted keyword research and produced new articles with high search volume potential.

Results After 4 Months:

- Critical technical SEO issues 100% fixed.
- Organic traffic increased nearly 2x!
- AdSense revenue significantly increased.

2023: Ganknow.com: Organic Traffic Increase of 5000% in 6 Months!

Role: I'm the SEO Specialist in this case.

Project goal: Despite SEO optimization efforts for over 3 months, the website has not seen a notable improvement in organic traffic.

Here's an overview of what I do in less than 6 months:
- Developed an SEO Roadmap and executed all planned tasks.
- Formulated an off-page strategy for the Gank website and conducted outreach to bloggers, agencies, and media websites.
- Boosted topical authority by maximizing topic clustering, creating supporting articles in each topic, and implementing measured internal linking optimization.
- Performed monthly technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog & Ahrefs Site Audit, achieving a 100% site health score on Ahrefs, and successfully fixing all critical technical SEO issues.

The client need SEO Plan and Strategy to gain more organic traffic of their website (Motiontheagency.com), particularly on keywords related to their services (motion graphic agency).

I've undertaken several tasks to provide an overview of what needs to be done to achieve this:
