2025: Barakat needed a structured approach to short-form video content. Posting was inconsistent, engagement was stagnant, and there was no clear framework for deciding what content to produce.
As Project Manager, I built the content pillar system, analyzed weekly performance data per video, and made optimization decisions based on results, not guesswork.
Results over 4 months:

4.1M total views across 48 videos
Engagement rate grew from 1.27% → 4.64% (+236%)
Follower growth: +2,437%
66.7K likes · 2,241 shares · 3,718 saves

Growth came from making better decisions, not producing more content.

2025: Managed 3 events within a single month as Project Manager, ranging from 300 to 5,000 guests. Responsible for end-to-end execution: vendor coordination, budget tracking, timeline management, and on-ground decision making.
The core challenge was running events of vastly different scales simultaneously each requiring independent planning while sharing the same deadline pressure.
Outcome: all 3 events delivered on time with full coordination across vendors, clients, and production teams

2025: Completed a Project-Based Internship as Learning Designer at Kompas Growth Center (Kompas Gramedia Group), applying the ADDIE Model to design a research-based course system for employee training.
