Supported the E-Partner vendor application, ensuring seamless integration and operation, include recording and resolve issues related to vendor data collection, changing vendor passwords (hardcoded in the system), matching existing data in E-Partner and SAP,

5. Description : Perbaikan Data SAP - PT ELNUSA Tbk
Customer : PT ELNUSA Tbk
Role : SAP Functional Consultant
Location : 04 October – 31 November 2024
Job Description :
• Conducting identification and analysis of the data template to be migrated into the SAP system to ensure accuracy and compliance of information.
• Utilizing SAP transactions such as FB03, FS10N, FBL3N, F.80, and verifying transactions through the SE16N table to trace and correct data errors.
• Examining and comparing the WorkSheet data provided by users with the data recorded in the SAP system to ensure consistency and validity of information.
• Performing document reversal for accounts with value discrepancies compared to the user’s WorkSheet data.
• Conducting transaction data verification by performing a test upload before processing and posting it into the SAP system.
• Preparing documentation related to the data correction process and submitting reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.

6. Description : Implementasi Aplikasi Computerized Maintenance Managemene System (CMMS)
Customer : PT TIMAH
Role : SAP Functional Consultant : Plant Maintenance
Location : 06 January 2025 - Now
Job Description :
- Assisting in the preparation of master data to be used in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), including Work Center, Functional Location, Equipment, Catalog Profile, Authorization Group, and Bill of Material, to ensure data completeness and accuracy before implementation.
- Organizing and filtering user-provided data to identify potential errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies with existing system data before the upload process is carried out.
- Guiding users in the master data upload process using the tools provided by SAP, ensuring that the data is entered correctly and in compliance with system standards.
