I graduated from the Faculty of Humanities majoring in English Literature. Proactive and meticulous Management Staff with experiences in administration, staff training, public relation and development.
Proficiencies in operating software systems, Microsoft Office, and applying good administrative duties. I have enjoyed my position as Management Staff and it has taught me the following about myself:

I can successfully handled administrative duties and responsibilities
-Answering customer question, providing information, taking and processing orders and addressing complaints.
-Managing office inventory and ensure the supply of office materials.
-Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, and distributing reports to the employees.
-Training and supervising new employees.

In my previous position, I successfully managed strict project timelines. Had been resolved product issue through consumer testing, completed management and administration duties with accuracy-efficiency, and collaborated with team of 4 in reaching company goals such as developing the quality of product and employees in order to gaining more customer.

I am passionate and career-focused job seeker. Also anxious to obtain an entry-level position in administration, public relation, and staff training-development to help launch career while achieving company goals.
