I am working as an customer service over 2,5 years experience. I worked for eCommerce company and market research company. Handling user's inquires, information and problem through email, apps review and Facebook is familiar for me. I am close attention to detail has resulted in meticulous and accurate work. I will serve and all out in doing a job to get customer satisfaction. I am capable in working under pressure situation and responsible with my job. I also perform all tasks competently, with commitment and with enthusiasm. I also provide translating, making subtitle, transcription and data entry job. I do analysis, transference and restructuring in doing translation. After got the result of translation, I made the subtitle for the video as per request. In making subtitle I have to synchronize the timing with the dialogue so the viewer can feel comfort to watch the video.
