Hi, i am Desita. I was graduated from Sebelas Maret University, especially Urban and Regional Planning study program. I consider myself as a highly-focused and self-motivated person and I am excited with the opportunity to show my technical skills.
�I had an experience at coordinating people before. I am coordinating more than 5 people for making an event decoration. The event such as wedding, engagement, birthday party, bridal shower, etc. I have learned so much about team work and time management. At this job i had to communicate with different people frequently almost everyday. So, i think i am quite fluent in communicating with client and coordinating staff. What i mean is not as a boss, but as a leader.�
I believe that everyone had an opinion that should be appreciated. Because of it, we as a human being have to understand others opinion. If it is against what we think and we believe that our opinion will give the best solution, we still have to tell them but without hurting them. That is how i managed my team. Because i believe if we created a good environment, we will bring out everyone�s best version and it will make a great impact to the company.�
During my off days i joined 11th ASEAN Para Games to learn more about communicating with people.
I love to share about new ideas and goals. I joined Accreditation Division at the chess venue, so i met
a lot of athletes and officials before they are going inside the arena. They are from different countries
so they had different culture as well.
At my first and second semester, i joined student association. I joined Education and Research
Department. In this department, i learned so much about how to make a simple magazine for the
college student, conducting an event such as �Diskusi Kota� it is an event where we invited an expert
to discuss more about anything related to the issues in urban area.�
I had experience for more than 5 years at working as administrtaive assistance since 2018. I am capable of handling meetings, preparing documents, archiving documents, sending proper email for clients and arranging domestic and overseas shipments.
