I think a product’s user interface is the best way to show what it’s all about. It really shapes how people experience and interact with it. Every part of the design, like colors, fonts, and layout, has a purpose and helps guide the user. And it’s not just in apps or websites. The same thing applies to things like banners, pamphlets, or even the shape of the coffee glass we use every day.

RHESolutions is a company in agricultre tech have a goals to be a solution to provide technology solution for agriculture business.
Their current homepage lacks clarity in showing who they are and what they offer. A redesign is needed to better communicate their value and build user trust.
2025: Kanggo : Layanan Borongan (Jasa Tukang + Material)
Kanggo is an app established in 2021 that provides skilled workers and home repair services. More than 15 service solutions in one app, allowing customers to book based on their needs and schedule a worker anytime, anywhere.
As of January 2025, the Kanggo Homecare App offers two types of services:
1. Pesan Tukang Langsung
2. Layanan
Right now, we’re not too focused on customers who already know what they need (not because we’re ignoring them—but because our main job is simply to make sure their project runs smoothly).
So far, Kanggo provide Customer Service (CS) that could asked for consultation. But, this method have some flows such as there is gap time when customer need to wait Kanggo CS to give the answer and also, CS only active on working hours
Kanggo doesn’t just serve B2C customers — we also support B2B clients. We’ve partnered with businesses by providing a custom dashboard, allowing them to order Kanggo services easily — from consultation to invoice payment — all in one place.
As for Customer, Kanggo after optimized 1.5 months, Borongan already give 5 times revenue than other Kanggo services
And for B2B Client, Kanggo enable to reach not only personal customer, they also can reach medium to large business such as Alfamart, Hokben, KFC, Pancious, etc. It help Kanggo to get more than 110% profit in 2024 from B2B ecosystem itself
