2024: Advertising project management includes:
Project administration, such as creating quotations, PO Vendor, NDA, and SPK Project Advertising Coordination, and handling materials before, during, and after the project.
Creating an advertising database.
Intensively monitoring ongoing projects to ensure they run smoothly.
Creating advertising proposal decks, from gathering relevant data to ensuring the visual appeal of the deck.
Building strong client relationships to ensure smooth project execution and explore future project opportunities.
Planning and executing radio and TV campaigns (if requested).
Coordinating, supervising, and monitoring all parties involved in the advertising project, both internal and external/third-party vendors. Negotiating prices and terms with advertising vendors, including radio, TV, print, digital, and production vendors.
Submitting project funds and petty cash requests for the Advertising Department and managing the funds.
Regularly reporting funds to the Accounting Department for accountability.
Assisting with other tasks within PT Seva Mitra Indonesia when needed.
Performing new tasks required to meet industry development needs, as long as they align with the scope of previous work.
