My name is Naufal Hidayat. I have a professional background in both drafting and human resources, with more than 3.5 years of experience across construction, logistics, and HR operations.
I started my career as a Drafter and Project Supervisor, where I was responsible for creating 2D/3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, supporting project planning, and supervising logistics operations. This experience strengthened my technical accuracy, attention to detail, and understanding of project workflows.
Currently, I am working in Human Resources, handling end-to-end recruitment (including mass hiring of 270+ candidates per month), payroll administration, BPJS management, and employee performance evaluation. I am used to working in fast-paced environments and coordinating between operational and management teams.
With a combination of technical drafting skills and HR operational experience, I bring both analytical and people-oriented strengths.
