- Preparing and verifying shipping documents i.e. Invoice, Packing List, Weight List, Certificate Of Origin, Exporter Certificate, Delivery Note & Legalized Documents as per Consignee's requirements
- Arranging shipments, bookings (air, sea, and road) as per customer's requirement
- Preparing Inquiries, Quotations, Proforma Invoice and Purchase Orders
- Handling Customer's Inquiries & Correspondence / E-mailing
- Following up each purchase orders : confirming customer's bank receipt
- Following up each shipment such as latest date of delivery terms conditions and payment conditions
- Coordinating with Accounts, Inventory Dept, and following up the shipment for the delivery of goods
