Hello My Name is Rizka Amanda and I'm a student in Binus University. The availability of Business Process Freelance in the company is very appealing to me, a position where I'm capable of:

Realizing that to only have a high GPA score will not be sufficient enough to compete with others, I dedicated myself in getting organization and event My experiences include, but not limited to the following:
1. In 2016 I had internship experienced in Tokopedia for 6 months as Business Development intern. I was able give my idea, dealing with sellers, and also analysis sellers behavior. I required being dealing with people and also communication as well.

Actively involved in organizing various events,, I am the Vice Project of New Member recruitment and Director of Branding in the biggest English Competition across Asia I’m successfully bringing the event to be the Most Registrant in Binus University and break some new record in AEO. I am required . I am required to have good leadership and marketing skills, teamwork, to be critical, innovative, and high in endurance, also to be able to conceptualize and execute ideas based on targets and timelines.
3. Experienced in middle level management, I am the Director of Branding Department in the 2016 Asian English Olymics who lead and maintaining 3 division (Branding, Publication and Government Support) and developing my staffs as well. I am required to be visionary and strategic, have good management skill, and excellent communication as well as presentation skills and great negotiating.
