My name is Dewi Oktaviani, I am twenty four three years old. I have graduated from Andalas University in Industrial Engineering Department in February 2015. I had experience to solve problem based on position that you need to analytical thinking. It is my final task about quality and integrate some methods to solve problems like Kano method, TRIZ, quadrant analysis, reliability, and validity. Beside that, I can operate computer like using softwares for analyzing problems. After that, I am working at organization design in Human Resources and General Pertamina (Persero) until December 2015. I learned and got something like process business, job description, job evaluation, job analysis, formation of employee, and level of employee.
