2025: This was a project I worked on for a construction company to organize and calculate their heavy equipment rental costs. Most of the data involved excavators rented by different contractors, each with different rental periods, unit types, and rates. I manually entered all the information into Excel, including contractor names, equipment details, working hours, and pricing.

Once the data was entered, I also handled the calculations. I compared the proposed costs with the final numbers and highlighted any differences to make it easier for the finance team to review. I made sure the layout was clean, easy to understand, and ready for reporting or payment processing.

The total value in this report was over 1.8 billion rupiah, so everything needed to be accurate and well organized. I double checked the figures to avoid any mistakes or duplicate entries. This kind of work takes focus and a good understanding of how construction projects and cost tracking go hand in hand.
