Hi, I am a fresh graduate of management. I have experience in administration data and customer service. I have experience as an administration data intern at PT. Telkom Akses Indonesia Cabang Semarang, Jawa Tengah for one month. During my internship in that position, I was responsible for handling data input into spreadsheets. I am also responsible for inputting Indihome consumer payment data up to 50-100 data per day. My next job was as an e-commerce admin at Nima Bali, one of the MSMEs located in South Tangerang, Banten for six months. As an e-commerce admin, I help prospective customers make decisions by answering all questions asked within a maximum of 30 minutes which contributes to 50% of sales through online media, I am also responsible for the process of sending products to customers with the number of packages sent every day 60-100 packages. I am also responsible for making stock and inventory reports every day to ensure the level of availability of goods in the warehouses is always at a safe level. Beside that, I am responsible for recording the company's financial cash flow and making product sales income reports with a total monthly income of >100 million.
