Aan Riansyah is a graduate of agriculture at Muhammadiyah University in Yogyakarta with a GPA of 3.85/4.00 and was recognized as a cum laude graduate in 2023. I have experience serving as a Co-Assistant lecturer in various subjects such as Community Empowerment Engineering Design (DTPM), International Trade, and Business Feasibility Studies with full responsibility for increasing student understanding, facilitating e-learning, and assessing student assignments. Then I completed the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) internship at PT. Biojanna Nusantara, where I play an important role in the sales of Biotogrow/M21 products, especially in Kulon Progo district, controlling the land of partner farmers, responding quickly to problems experienced by farmers, building a wider market share, providing input to the company based on field facts and so on. I participated as the person in charge of the technical and consumption committee for IconARD 2023 activities where I handled the equipment, location, and ensured consumption arrived at the right time in the right amount. Apart from that, during the lecture process I took part in extra-academic activities, namely the UMY Volleyball UKM.

I have varying proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SPSS, and digital marketing. My soft skills include effective communication, adaptability, team management ability, and providing problem solving quickly and precisely without harming either party. As part of my professional development, I am certified as an "Agribusiness Marketing Manager" from the National Agency for Professional Certification in 2023.

In short, my academic excellence, practical experience, involvement in activities organized by the study program or university, and overall expertise make me a dynamic and dedicated professional who is ready to contribute to various fields, especially in the business sector.
