My latest project is a Dynamic Workflow Management System designed to manage end-to-end business processes in a structured yet highly flexible manner.
The system is built on three core data layers: core master data, configurable admin master data, and transactional data. Administrators can dynamically design forms, configure approval workflows, and define SLA rules without requiring changes to the core system.
The process begins with users submitting a form, which then goes through a configurable approval flow. Once approved, the form is automatically transformed into a project that generates SLA definitions and task breakdowns assigned to specific PICs (Persons in Charge).
Each task is distributed directly to the assigned users for execution, while progress and completion status are tracked in real time through a dedicated managerial dashboard for each PIC.
The key strength of this system lies in its full flexibility and adaptability�allowing dynamic changes to form structures, approval workflows, SLA configurations, and task assignments without code modification, making it suitable for a wide range of complex business operations.
